Returns and physical goods
The church does not currently sell physical goods through this website, so returns do not apply. If merchandise is offered later, the return window, item condition, shipping responsibility, exclusions, and instructions will be displayed before purchase.
Donation refunds and disputes
Charitable gifts are generally final. We review requests involving duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges. Contact customer service promptly with the transaction date, amount, and donor details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank and processor timing may vary. This process does not limit rights under applicable law or payment-network rules.
Cancellation
One-time gifts cannot be canceled after processing and are handled under the refund policy. When recurring giving is available, future charges may be canceled through the payment provider or by contacting us before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund past gifts.
Campaign designations
We make reasonable efforts to honor the selected campaign. If a project is fully funded, no longer feasible, or unable to receive the funds lawfully, the church may apply the gift to a closely related charitable purpose or the area of greatest need, as permitted by law. Campaign photos illustrate the intended ministry purpose.
Legal and export restrictions
Site use and donations must comply with United States law, applicable sanctions, payment-network rules, and Georgia law. No controlled goods, technology, or export services are currently offered. Transactions may be declined or reversed when required by law, a financial institution, or a payment processor.
Promotions and matching gifts
No sweepstakes, raffles, discounts, or donation-matching promotions are currently offered. Future promotions will display eligibility, dates, sponsor, limitations, and material terms where presented. Employer matching programs remain subject to the employer’s rules.
Website terms
Content may change as ministries develop. Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access. Future third-party payment services will have their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by Georgia law.
